At Koreco Sanctuary, we believe shelter care is only half the journey. Our mission is to raise the standard of animal welfare by preparing dogs physically, mentally, and socially for their new homes while actively educating the public.
A successful adoption starts with a knowledgeable family. We teach pet parenting fundamentals—covering vaccination benefits, veterinary wellness cycles, home safety protocols, and positive reinforcement training techniques—so every match is built to last.
Every dog is fully microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered before leaving the sanctuary. No shortcuts.
We hold free weekend seminars on pet nutrition, developmental training, and behavior management for all applicants.
